1. Shipping accuracy
Do check your addresses correctly. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the packages if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the Order Confirmation. We currently only ship within Malaysia.
2. Refunds and replacements
For our treatment services, there will be no refunds provided. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchased products, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order to receive return instructions for inspection. We reserve the right to limit and/or deny refunds and replacements. Do keep proof of purchase as well as proof of damage for refund purposes. Shipping and handling costs to send defective items will be borne by customers while sending of newly exchanged products will be borne by the company.

3. Cancellation policy or change of order
No cancellation or change of order is allowed and customers will not be refunded in this instance.
